TRYOUT PREP CLINICS (TPCs)

Open to boys and girls competing for high school and club roster positions in 2010/11. High quality instructors focus on proven Olympic volleyball mechanics while including physical conditioning, team and positional strategy, skill acquisition, reinforcement and repetition for position specific skill and movement patterns.
